Fleetwood Town manager Lee Johnson has named his side to face Derby County away in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy Round of 32 at Pride Park.
Johnson has made four changes to the starting XI that began the game on Saturday at Cambridge United. Callum Dolan, Adam Montgomery, Kabongo Tshimanga and Josh Earl all come in with Carl Johnston, Josh Vela, Jayden Stockley and Danny Mayor are all on the bench.
Tshimanga featured against Wigan Athletic in the group stages and grabbed himself a brace at the DW Stadium. He will start alongside Jack Marriott.
Cian Hayes is named on the bench as he missed the weekend's trip to Cambridgeshire due to being cup tied.
