We are pleased to report large numbers of Onward Card holders enjoyed Saturday’s win against Burton Albion on our free iFollow service.
However, we are also aware a small group of people had difficulty accessing the site or redeeming their codes. The EFL are aware of issues and have asked all people who experienced difficulties to contact them on ifollow@efl.com or using the live chat service which can be found on the bottom right-hand corner of our club’s homepage.
The free iFollow code will be in place for any home Sky Bet League One games which you are unavailable to attend due to Government restrictions. While we are still planning towards crowds in October, it’s likely the Cod Army’s next home game against AFC Wimbledon will be behind closed doors or held with a very limited capacity. If that is the case you will be contacted next week with a new code. Anyone who experienced issues with receiving codes are urged to contact the ticket office ASAP to update their details.
Tuesday's Carabao Cup game against Port Vale is not including in your Onward Card subscription but can be purchased on a one-off basis for just £10. Please note the game kicks-off at 7pm.
