Uwe Rosler’s side travel 30 miles down to road to face local rivals Blackburn Rovers in the EFL for the first in the club's history.
Fleetwood and Blackburn Rovers have played each other once in the Checkatrade Trophy in the 2016/17 season. Devante Cole’s goal was the difference on the night, which gave Town all three points in Group D.
This will be the first time the two sides have met in the Football League. When Fleetwood were promoted to the league in 2012, Rovers were in the Championship after an eleven-year spell in the Premier League.
Ahead of the game on Tuesday evening, we will take a look the only competitive game these two sides have met in.
