Midfielder Xavier Simons makes his first start for the Cod Army after 112 days out the side, with the last outing being against Stevenage. The loanee from Hull City will play alongside Gavin Kilkenny and Bosun Lawal - who this week got another call-up to the Republic of Ireland Under-21s squad.
The one change does see Danny Mayor drop to the bench, with Tommy Lonergan and Ryan Graydon also named in the 18-man squad, with all hoping at some point to play a part in the clash on the Fylde Coast.
Harrison Holgate is back after serving a one-match suspension after picking up a red card in the 0-0 draw away at Stevenage two weeks ago.
