We are looking for an outgoing and friendly individual to operationally manage Hotel 72, a club-owned hotel in Blackpool, which houses our international players on a semi-permanent basis, and take up the role of a Houseparent.

Contract: Full Time / Permanent
Hours: Prepared to work weekends and evenings when required (flexible)

The successful candidate will be provided with accommodation and must be empathetic, have a strong understanding of safeguarding, be consistent in standards and discipline, and have strong communication skills, both oral and written.
