Fleetwood Town’s Development Squad will be back in action on Thursday afternoon as they welcome Coventry City to Poolfoot Farm for their latest Professional Development League Fixture.
This will be just the second fixture this year for Matt Lawlor’s side, with the last one ending in a 4-2 loss to Barnsley two weeks ago so the Under-21s will be raring to get back on the pitch and bounce back from the defeat when the Sky Blues come to town.
Before that loss, our Young Cods were in brilliant form as they had won five out of their last six matches with wins over Coventry, Huddersfield Town, Sheffield Wednesday, Wigan Athletic, and Peterborough United so they will be eager to get back to this.
Both sets of supporters will be able to watch the action at our Training Complex (FY5 4HX) on Thursday 25 January, with kick-off at 1pm.
