Fleetwood Town have a number of young players out on loan at different levels across the footballing pyramid and we’ve had a look at how they got on over the course of the weekend.

Starting off in Norfolk, both Owen Devonport & George Morrison featured for King's Lynn Town in their National League North league clash against Chester.

The game finished goalless but Morrison was involved in a 'potential penalty' shout late in the second half, however the officials on the day deemed the young midfielder to have made the most of the contact.

Devonport was subbed off on the 89th minute, but the targetman put himself about during his time on the pitch, giving his opposition a tough time with runs in behind and coming short to the ball to mix his game up.

In Derbyshire, Pat Boyes played the full match between the sticks for FC United of Manchester. It wasn't one to rememebr for Town's young keeper as the game finished 3-0 to Matlock Town.

He made a handful of saves throughout the match to keep the scoreline down, but it's time to look ahead of FC who now play on Tuesday night at home to Marine.

Finn Armstrong also played 90 minutes for his respective club, Rochdale. The left-back made the trip to Aldershot Town but was on the end of a defeat as the hosts won 3-1 on home soil.

The former Burnley man made some crucial interceptions with his foot and head whulst his side were on the back foot, but all attention turns to next Saturday's home match against Dagenham & Redbridge.

Bosembo Namputu was an unused substitute for Bradford Park Avenue this weekend, but could be in contention for their next match away at Warrington Rylands.
