Fleetwood Town’s Former Players Association met up once again at the Club’s training complex on Thursday morning and caught up for the first time in four weeks.
It was a brilliant meeting from start to finish, as Phil Brown and Stuart Murdoch both made their opening remarks before quizmaster Kevin Byrne took to the stage as the three winners from the quiz took part in one of Kev’s favourite games, Higher or Lower, with none of the members in the hot seat being able to beat the board.
After the previous meeting being the FPA Christmas Special at Poolfoot Farm, which saw all the Christmas Jumpers out, the group looked back at old pictures, programmes and much more - it was great to see our former players reminiscing on the good old times.
Finally, it was time to get everyone in position for the group photo, which was extremely difficult due to the number of players there, but we managed to get everyone sorted and take the picture, which went straight into the archive.
