Fleetwood Town’s Former Players Association are heading back to Poolfoot Farm for their monthly catch-up on Thursday morning, with the meeting set to start at 10am.
The FPA are back for their second meeting of the year at our training complex later this week, with the association hoping for similar numbers to attend as last month, which was in excess of 40 members.
As a recap of the last meeting, it started in its usual fashion with both FPA Chairman Stuart Murdoch and FPA Secretary Phil Brown giving the opening remarks before quizmaster Kevin Byrne took to the stage and stole the show!
His Higher or Lower game, which has taken the meetings by storm, has been the challenge everyone has wanted to beat but none of the members who were placed in the hot seat were able to beat the board last time out.
After this, the members gathered around for a group photo to cement the occasion into history and then warmed themselves up with cups of tea and coffee whilst reminiscing about the good old times at Fleetwood.
Existing and new members are welcome to attend the latest meeting at Poolfoot Farm (FY5 4HX), with the meeting taking place between 10am-12pm on Thursday 1 February, we can't wait to see you all there!
