In a dazzling display of business synergy, Fleetwood Town hosted their highly anticipated ‘Power Up’ networking event on Thursday morning in our prestigious Parkside Lounge at Highbury Stadium.

The day kicked off with a vibrant session of networking, bringing together businesses and fostering connections that are bound to leave a lasting impact on the local business landscape. 

The event gained its momentum through a series of insightful presentations by key figures from Fleetwood Town’s dynamic team. Sam Heaney, Town's Commercial Manager, set the tone with strategic insights into the club’s commercial endeavours, outlining exciting opportunities for potential sponsors and partners. Jessica Thompson, Commercial Assistant Manager, followed suit, providing a closer look at our five-star hospitality offerings.  

Events Manager, Sam Pirie also shared the club’s vision for creating memorable experiences both on and off the field, shedding light on upcoming events and opportunities for businesses to get involved.

The lineup was completed by Coastal Radio’s Paula Davies, who offered a unique perspective on the power of radio and media partnerships in enhancing brand visibility and community engagement.  

The ‘Power Up’ event drew to a close just before lunch, leaving participants energised with newfound knowledge, contacts, and a shared sense of enthusiasm for the future. This successful networking initiative underscored Fleetwood Town FC’s commitment to creating a robust network of support for local businesses and fostering an environment where everyone can thrive.
