Fleetwood Town Community Trust are recruiting a Health & Wellbeing Manager to lead on a variety of new and exciting initiatives with the focus of improving physical and mental health for residents across the district.
The successful candidate will engage with audiences identified with programme objectives aligned towards our strategic aims of developing stronger, healthier more active communities. They will also directly line manage a number of staff within the department.
