Fleetwood Town’s Former Players Association met up once again at the Club’s training complex on Thursday morning and caught up for the first time in four weeks.
Town's Former Players were given a treat on Thursday morning, as George Ellarby dusted off his guitar and hit the high notes for his teammates. The musician made it into a quiz for those in attendance and played 'Guess the Song & Artist' by playing the introduction of classic songs throughout the 60s, 70s and 80s.
Kenny Moran has recently got into painting, and he brought in a selection of his artwork to show the lads. After a year of self-teaching, Town's Former Player wowed the room with his framed artwork and looking ahead, Kenny will be looking to bring in more at the next get together in March.
The monthly meeting finished with the usual group picture, before all grabbing a second (or for some even a third) cuppa tea and catching up with those who haven't seen each other for years, with others sharing memorabilia
