Fleetwood Town can confirm defender Josh Earl has left the club to join Sky Bet League One side Barnsley for an undisclosed fee.
The 25-year-old, who joined Town from fellow Lancashire side Preston North End in the summer of 2022, went on to make 78 appearances and score four goals in that time.
