Fleetwood Town's Under-18s head coach Mark Yeates was on media duty this week ahead of his sides Professional Development League match away at Burnley on Saturday.
The former Watford and Colchester United forward is now back with the Under-18s on a full-time basis after a week working alongside Development Squad coach, Matt Lawlor, and Yeates knows the importance of consistency within the group of players, as well as those coaching.
Yeates will now take his side to Gawthorpe Hall on Saturday where his young side will face Burnley in the PDL in a 1:30pm kick-off. After a 9-0 win over Queens Park Rangers last time out, there's been a huge buzz inside the dressing room, and the boss knows the players have to focus on themselves and what they can do rathe then their opponets.
