Community Trust to host Business Awards Evening at Highbury

Fleetwood Town Community Trust are set to host the first Annual Awards Evening, celebrating the key achievements of local people, groups and businesses in the local area.

The Awards Evening will take place at Highbury Stadium, Fleetwood on Friday 27 October 2023, and the award categories are as follows and nominations can be made for the respective links below:

The occasion aims to celebrate the successes and achievements of local community members in Wyre, acknowledging the difference made in their community.

Business’ can support the event through attendance and sponsorship, with a range on packages available, including the main event sponsor, awards categories, and arrival drinks.


Following the awards ceremony, the Trust will host a number of opportunities to support the ongoing initiatives that make a life changing difference to each beneficiary.

Community Trust CEO, John Hartley added, “As a charitable organisation we are extremely proud of the work we deliver, making a difference to over 13,000 people each year.

“The Annual Awards Evening provides a platform to recognise and celebrate the success of individuals, community groups and businesses on the Fylde Coast and we are pleased to be hosting the event at the home of Fleetwood Town Football Club.

“The evening promises to be an occasion full of emotion, glamour and fulfilment and we encourage everybody to get involved, whether that be through nominations or purchasing a ticket for the evening.”

All funds raised on the evening will be recycled back into community provision, developing existing and creating new initiatives tackling the social issues at the heart of our communities.”
