Fleetwood Town can confirm defender Tom Hoyle has today joined Northern Premier League Premier Division side Witton Albion on a loan deal until January 2024.
Hoyle - who is a second year pro at the Club - will make the switch to Witton Albion who play in the same division as Colne, where the 20-year-old spent time last season being a key player in their 2022/23 campaign.
After signing for the Under-18s back in 2020, has had loan spells at Colne and Bamber Bridge, and this short-term loan spell will hopefully give the youngster more opportunities, as well as more challenges to face being away from the Fylde Coast.
The centre-half has played a number of games with Town's Under-21s in their new Professional Development League, but the Club feel Hoyle will benefit from playing week-in week-out in the Northern Premier League, playing against more physical opponents and teammates.
