Fleetwood Town have a new and exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Category Two Academy as an Academy Doctor on a part-time basis.
Main role: To provide medical leadership and operational support to the Fleetwood Town Academy staff through the operation of clinical service, medical assessment and administrating treatment.
Reporting to: Club Doctor, Academy Manager & Academy Head of Medical.
