Fleetwood Town can confirm National League side Rochdale AFC have extended young forward Cian Hayes’ loan meaning he will stay there for another month.
Hayes, 20, initially joined Dale in early October and has been an ever-present in their side since then and even managed to get on the score sheet during their 3-2 win over Hartlepool United away from home.
The goal he scored was the opener three minutes into the game as he made a great run before producing a first-time finish past the onrushing goalkeeper.
Now, Hayes will stay with the side from Greater Manchester until the start of December as he looks to get some more game time under his belt, with Dale having four games until that time.
