Fleetwood Town's Under-18s defender Raff Cirino spoke to the Club ahead of the FA Youth Cup Second Round tie away at Morecambe on Wednesday night.
The 17-year-old joined the club two years ago from grassroots side, Great Harwood Rovers and has since gone on to earn himself a two-year scholarship with the Academy and the Under-18s programme.
Cirino is an attacking full-back, and helped his side to a 2-0 away win at Wigan Athletic in the First Round of the FA Youth Cup, with Dom Richmond and Mikey Lane scoring before the half-time interval to secure Town's name in the hat for the draw.
The young defender has yet to miss a game for Mark Yeates' Under-18s this season, and for Raff himself, it's about developing week on week as well as taking opportunity that come up with the Under-21s and one day hopefully within the First Team environment.
