It was a moment to remember for the club's Under-8s on Monday night, as in their final session of the year, they trained inside the brand-new dome at Poolfoot Farm.
With the dome being open to the public on Saturday morning, it was time for the Academy to use the dome for the first time and the young Town players were the first ever players within our Academy to grace the new hallow turf at Poolfoot Farm.
Brothers, Mason and Spencer Seddon who have been with the group for the whole season, led the session in the dome, and allowed the young footballers to get use to their new surroundings before getting into more specific training sessions ahead of a round-robin.
The Under-9s and Under-10s also got time in the new dome before it was once again open to the public, allowing parents and guardians a chance to see the seven figure investment at the club's training complex.
