Fleetwood Town are delighted to announce goalkeeper Jay Lynch has penned a new deal with the club, which sees him stay on the Fylde Coast until the summer of 2025.
The 29-year-old, who has been ever-present in the side since joining the Cods in the summer, has been stalwart between the sticks and has managed to keep 12 clean sheets so far this season, playing a pivotal role in the side.
Not only is he a vocal presence on the pitch, he has already made a number of key saves for Fleetwood and was even nominated for the February Player of the Month award after keeping five clean sheets from seven games in all competitions.
With 39 appearances under his belt so far, he will be looking to reach the 50-mark before the end of the season and many more milestones after signing this contract extension.
