After the summer break, the Fleetwood Town first team squad are back on site at Poolfoot Farm with a full schedule of gym and grass work set for them in the coming weeks.
It seems like a lifetime ago since Town played their last game of the season against Ipswich on 7 May, but it's finally time to welcome the players back to the training complex as they look to prepare for pre-season.
With head coach Scott Brown laying out the plan, it was never going to be easy on day one as the squad started with a gym session before heading straight outside for a cluster of running drills.
Lunch is to follow this afternoon before another gym session and, with this, the coaching staff will have all the stats needed ahead of the busy schedule coming up next month.
