After settling in yesterday, Scott Brown's Fleetwood Town are well underway with their week-long training camp in Ireland as we round out day two of the trip.

Following a busy day on Sunday with an early start at Manchester Airport and a group run in the afternoon at the SETU Arena, it was time to rest up as the squad prepared themsevles for a double training session on Monday.

Up first was breakfast, which was followed by the team getting a coach down to the SETU Arena for their first session of the day. The players headed to the spinning room for a 15 minute warm-up before heading to the other gym for a stretch session, loosening off after the tough run only 16 hours earlier.

The group then headed down to the pitches to have an intense on-the-ball session, which involved a number of possession based drills. The keepers were worked hard by goalkeeping coach, Owain Fôn Williams, with Jay Lynch, David Harrington and Stephen McMullan all taking part.

It was a busy day for the travelling Cods, who attended the morning session to watch the squad a day before their met with sister club Waterford FC down at the RSC. If you want to watch the match, ticket are available HERE!

After this, the Cod Army made their way down to the Waterford FC Club Shop just outside the stadium, where they shopped to their hearts content before they head down to the Tower Hotel for a fan player meet up this evening.

Details on the meet up will be in tomorrow's diary entry.
