Fleetwood Town can confirm Paddy Lane has joined fellow Sky Bet League One side Portsmouth for an undisclosed fee.
Lane - who joined the club in 2021 from non-league side Hyde United, made 64 appearances for the Cods, scoring eight goals in that time - five of those came last season, which was a season young Northern Ireland international will never forget on and off the pitch.
The 21-year-old picked up the League One Young Player of the Season award, as well as the club's Supporters' Player of the Season after helping Fleetwood keep their League One status.
Whilst on the Fylde Coast, Paddy made his Northern Ireland senior debut against Greece at Windsor Park, with saw him line up against Jonny Evans and Stephen Davis. During that time, he has gone from playing for the Under-21s setup just over a year ago to now being a regular in the senior side squad.
