Fleetwood Town are delighted to announce that midfielder Harvey Macadam has signed a new contract until the summer of 2025.
Macadam - who had become a regular in head coach Scott Brown's side before picking up an injury - has made 14 appearances this season, and will now be at Highbury for at least another two-and-a-half years following today's announcement.
The 22-year-old has played 25 times for the Cod Army since joining in January 2022 from non-league side, Ashton United. He scored his first professional goal last season in the 3-2 win over Crewe Alexandra, with his second being this season in the 1-0 win away at this weekend's opponents, Burton Albion.
On the new deal, Harvey said: "It's great to see the hard work you put in during training and on matchdays get noticed by the staff, to be able to pen this new deal this afternoon is a huge achievement for me and my family. I'm just focused now on getting more minutes on the pitch and helping out the team!"
Congratulations on the new deal, Harvey!
