It’s an exciting time at the Poolfoot Farm Training Complex in Thornton-Cleveleys as The Coffee Box & Bistro will be opening its doors for the first time on-site this weekend and will be open on Saturday and Sunday.
The Owner and founder of The Coffee Box & Bistro is a local girl, who started off her journey operating from a small, converted horsebox selling coffee and hot chocolates.
She opened during the thick of the pandemic and had to adapt and overcome testing times. Within one year of setting up, Rosie opened the doors to her very own shop located at Affinity Outlet Lancashire in Fleetwood.
Rosie and her amazing team have gone from strength to strength, have created a successful brand and gained a wonderful reputation in the local area.
Rosie will be working hand-in-hand alongside Fleetwood Town to service all of our loyal and future customers over at our Poolfoot Farm Training Complex in Thornton-Cleveleys.
The collaboration with The Coffee Box & Bistro will not only create a welcomed refresh and revamp physically but will complement and expand our service offerings available to our customers.
The Coffee Box & Bistro will be opening its doors for the first time on-site this weekend Saturday 18 February, over in our outdoor serving 'Hatch', which is located opposite the children's playground.
The Coffee Box 'Hatch' will be open every Saturday & Sunday (not to mention mid-week events), and will serve freshly ground coffee, luxury hot chocolates, tea, soft drinks, and a tasty selection of hot food to go!
We are also very excited to announce that Rosie will also be opening the doors inside our service bar area too over the coming weeks, where she will offer an extensive brunch, lunch, and casual teatime menu, alongside great coffee and cakes.
