Last Saturday, Fleetwood Town's Community Trust invited children and families from local primary schools to attend their Christmas Grotto event at Highbury Stadium!
All those who attended had a fun day out with us and other families that attended, and every child received a wonderful gift from Santa - which was great to see so many smiley faces on the children's faces.
This initiative was to offer those families in need of support some goodwill at Christmas. The day was a huge success and the feedback from families was very moving - this had made a big difference to their and their children’s Christmas this year.
The Trust would like to Fleetwood Town Football Club, Manor Beach Primary School and HTI Toys for their kind donations and for helping to make this event happen.
Everyone at Fleetwood Town would like to wish the local community a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
