Club legend Nathan Pond was on media duty this week to preview Sunday's FA Youth Cup tie against Liverpool, as well as discuss his coaching career at Fleetwood Town.
Pond - who entered the Guinness World Records for the only player to have played in seven different divisions with one football club - began his coaching career two years ago with the Cod Army after a 15-year tie with the Club as a player.
In this interview, we discussed how he got into coaching, what challenges he has faced in the last 24-months and also talked about putting the famous red and white shirt on after five years away - which saw him feature in the Under-21s first game of the season in as a Category Two Academy.
