Refunds are not available on tickets purchased.
For online orders - You will just need your booking email address for the door staff on the night of the event. (or payment email address if paying via PayPal/Apple Pay)
Tickets purchased direct from the venue must be shown on entry unless otherwise arranged prior to the evening.
The use of recording Video or audio is NOT permitted. Use of this will result in said person being asked to vacate the premises and banned from attending any future.
