Fleetwood Town can confirm young defender Finlay Armstrong has joined National League side Rochdale AFC on an initial-month loan deal.
Armstrong, who joined the Cods in the summer, has been in the squad six times so far this season having been in the Development Squad for the majority of his time since arriving from Premier League side Burnley, and has featured in three games in that time.
Now, the 20-year-old will head to Greater Manchester on loan until 21 January in a bid to get some more game time under his belt, with Dale having five games before that date.
