Fleetwood Town Wrens Ladies reserves are in action on Thursday evening, and could be crowned champions of the league if they avoid defeat at Poolfoot Farm.
Town currently sit top of the table after 15 games played, and head into the final match of the season two points clear of second place, Bury FC Foundation - who they are up against this evening at Poolfoot Farm to determine who wins the title.
Fleetwood Town Wrens Ladies last played on April 9 away at Accrington Stanley, where they won 10-2 on the road, whereas Bury FC's last match was in the cup - which saw them come away comfortable winners in their 9-0 win over Blackburn Community Sports Club on 16 April.
The game will kick-off at 8pm on the 4G pitch at Fleetwood Town's Training Complex (FY5 4HX) with both sets of supporters welcome to watch the full 90 minutes, and to see who will be crowned champions!
