Fleetwood Town can confirm young striker Will Russ will head out to Northern Premier League Premier Division side South Shields on loan until January.
Russ has spent the last month on loan at FC United of Manchester, gaining valuable first-team experience as he featured on multiple occasions for the side from Greater Manchester, and even found the net in their league fixture against Warrington Town - scoring the decisive goal in the 1-0 win that afternoon.
Now he will swap over to the side from the First Cloud Arena, a side that managed to finish second in the Northern Premier League Premier Division last campaign, so more experience is on the way for the young forward.
Kevin Phillips' side, after beating Scunthorpe United at the weekend, now set their sights on an away fixture against Liversedge on Tuesday 18 October (7:45pm kick-off) and Russ will be eligible to play in the clash.
