With just over six weeks to go until Christmas, there is plenty of events taking place at Poolfoot Farm and we don't want you to miss out on any of it!
Poolfoot Farm is the home of Fleetwood Town Football Club's Training Ground, and also home to thousands of local people who visit us on a regular basis. Doors to Poolfoot Farm are open to the general public seven days a week and there's always plenty of stuff going on all-year round.
In the build up to Christmas, we wanted to remind you of what is taking place on site:
1. CHRISTMAS CUP 2022
Young footballers are invited to the Cod Army’s training complex – Poolfoot Farm – to take part in a Christmas football festival, which will take place Tuesday 27 December to Friday 30 December 2022.
The Cup will see teams from Under-7s to Under-12s compete in a mini-tournament, and we want you to be part of the fun this festival period.

2. GOALIE WARS 2022
Goalkeeper Wars will see goalkeepers face off in 1v1 matches, putting their shot-stopping and striking skills to the test. Taking place on Wednesday 28 December, the format for the day will include a group stage, followed by knockout rounds.
This year the winners will receive a pair of AB1 goalkeeper gloves + Trophy & Medal, Runners up winning prizes also. There will be giveaways throughout the day to goalkeepers and opportunities.

3. WORLD CUP 2022
There will be nowhere bigger and better to watch England’s bid for World Cup glory than at Poolfoot Farm this winter.
Thornton’s state-of-the-art community sports complex is showing every game from Qatar 2022, and not only inside the stunning Pizza Calcio Sports Bar and Restaurant but also in our brand new terrace area outside, which will provide those with multiple screens of each game shown.
This year there are no restrictions holding us back. We will have a ticketed seating area in the bar and an incredible standing area in our terrace where the atmosphere will be electric for the England matches.
For England’s games this winter, you can pre-book a table today and reserve a table of four at Pizza Calcio. For just £40 (£10 per person), this payment will be used to book your table, as well as be redeemable at the bar for buying drinks and snacks.
