Poolfoot Farm have held their annual girl’s festival tournament this month, which has seen more than 700 talented footballers take to the field at the club's training ground.

This weekend saw the finale of the girl's festival, with eight teams taking part in the 11-a-side group stage and knockout style tournament. With matches played on both of the main pitches at Poolfoot Farm, it came down to the final game to determine the overall winners, with Bury FC Foundation Tigers claiming the title.

Over the last four weeks, Poolfoot Farm have hosted the girl’s festival every weekend, seeing teams from all over the United Kingdom come to the Fylde Coast to compete for the winners medals. It has been great to see so many happy faces, even more so with the upcoming 2022 UEFA European Women's Football Championship - which are being heled in England this July.

Here is a list of all the winners from the previous three weekends:

Under-7s: Fleetwood Town Juniors Girls Storm

Under-8s: Myerscough JFDC Girls Whites

Under-9s: Wigan Athletic Ladies and Girls

Under-10s: Fleetwood Town Juniors Foxes

Under-11s: Mill Hill Violets

Under-12s: Bolton Wanderers Girls

Under-13s Cup: Bolton Wanderers Girls

Under-13s Plate: Ordsall Park Lightning

Under-14s: Crompton FC

Under-15s: Bury FC Foundation Tigers

Poolfoot Farm would like to thank all the teams who came down over the last four weeks and we can’t wait to see you all back next year for an even bigger and better tournament.
