Poolfoot Farm was full once again over the weekend as they started their annual girl’s festival, which is set to run over two weeks, as hundreds of players took part on both Saturday and Sunday!
Teams from all over the North West embarked on the training complex, with teams starting at Under-7s and ending at Under-12s, all facing each other with a chance to earn some silverware at the end of the brilliant season for them all.
Here are the winners of each age group that featured at the weekend:
Under-7s: Fleetwood Town Juniors Girls Storm
Under-8s: Myerscough JFDC Girls Whites
Under-9s: Wigan Athletic Ladies and Girls
Under-10s: Fleetwood Town Juniors Foxes
Under-11s: Mill Hill Violets
Under-12s: Bolton Wanderers Girls
The tournament isn’t over as there is another full weekend set for the older age groups as Under-13s to Under-15s are yet to feature at Poolfoot – good luck to all the teams who are set to travel to the Fylde Coast this weekend to finish off the event!
