Fleetwood Town can confirm injury to Paddy Lane during Monday’s Sky Bet League One game at Gillingham is not as serious as first feared.
The midfielder was stretchered-off during the second half of the game following a 50/50 challenge with Gills midfielder Charlie Kelman.
However, following medical examination by club staff, we are pleased to report Paddy did not require hospital treatment and travelled home with the rest of the squad on Monday evening.
