Fleetwood Town are delighted to announce forward Cian Hayes has signed a new contract with the club.
Hayes – who has made four first-team appearances in the Papa John’s Trophy – has spent the last month on loan at National League side FC United of Manchester and became a fans' favourite in his short time there.
The 18-year-old featured four times for the side from Broadhurst Park, helping the side to three victories, scoring two, and earning one man of the match award.
The young forward has extended his contract, which means he will stay at Town until the summer of 2024, with the club holding an option for a further year.
