Fleetwood Town have had four players called up to Northern Ireland’s Under-21 setup, where they will be playing two UEFA U21 Euro qualifiers against Lithuania and Malta, with one more on standby.
Paddy Lane – who has now reached 10 appearances for the season, scoring one goal in that time – will be joined by Chris Conn-Clarke, Barry Baggley, and Carl Johnston, with Dylan Boyle on stand by for the national side.
The group of players will head off to Templepatrick on Sunday 7 November and will train until their first qualifier of the break on Friday 12 November at The Showgrounds, where they will face Lithuania.
They will then return to training in Co Antrim before playing their final game of the international break against Malta on Tuesday 16 November at Mourneview Park. The lads will then be heading back to the Fylde Coast to join back up with the Cods.
Great achievement for Barry, Chris, Carl, Dylan, and Paddy!
