Midfielder Jay Matete seems to have settled in well after joining Grimsby Town on loan in the January transfer window.
The 20-year-old has played every minute in their last three games and picked up his first assist for the Mariners in their league fixture against Stevenage.
The Grimsby Telegraph, Town’s local newspaper, described Matete as “a standout player” and a “positive for Town” in the side’s recent games.
