Fleetwood Town’s Former Players Association have come together over the last year to help raise over £600 for local children’s hospice, Brian House.

The FPA have once again dipped deeply into their pockets by making a generous donation, which is the latest contribution in the association’s ongoing support of the hospice.

Tony Collier, the association’s secretary, said on the donation: “We were delighted to present the cheque to Janet this morning and it is a mark of our members' kindness in giving their money to such a wonderful cause.”

Janet Atkins, the Corporate Partnerships Manager at Brian House, added: “As usual, it is really great to have the support from the former players at Fleetwood Town and it’s great to know that the money they have helped raise will make a big difference everyone at the hospice.”

Well done to everyone involved and thank you to all who donated to this brilliant local charity!
