Fleetwood Town head coach Joey Barton has named his 18-man squad for the first time in 2020, with Sunderland being the visitors to Highbury Stadium.
Barton has made one change to the starting eleven who started against Bristol Rovers on Sunday afternoon.
Ashley Eastham comes into the side with Peter Clarke missing out. With many positives to take after the goalless draw with Bristol Rovers, the former Newcastle player (Barton) will be looking for more of the same against the Black Cats.
Jack Sowerby and Ged Garner are called up to the bench for today's game.
