Fleetwood Town Community Trust are looking to appoint a School Health & Wellbeing Activator to deliver programmes in Primary School across the Wyre Borough.

Fleetwood Town Community Trust is an independent and registered charity working in partnership with Fleetwood Town Football Club. Our mission is to enrich the lives of children and young people through sport, physical activity, health and educational programmes.

The Trust is seeking to appoint a School Health & Wellbeing Activator. If you are a Qualified Coach holding at least a level 2 Multi Sports coaching qualification, preferably in one or more sport with experience in working with Primary aged children (5-12 year olds) delivering Healthy lifestyle programme, then we want to hear from you.

This is an exciting role to deliver a number of Health & Wellbeing programmes in Primary Schools across the Wyre Borough. You will be working in partnership with the EFL Trust & the Wyre & Fylde School Sport Partnership.

It would be desirable for applicants to hold a recent first aid qualification, a recent safeguarding qualification, a child protection certificate and a recent DBS – this can be completed for you if yours has run out of date.
