The Crossbar at Poolfoot Farm is delighted to announce the launch of its brand-new menu comprising an array of delicious fresh dishes.
Complete with new design and dishes, the menu was created by Head Chef Kane Parker and Development Chef Grant Beech, in a bid to enhance their offering and endorse their food, football and family culture.
With dishes including burgers, fajitas, open sandwiches and salads, there will be something for everyone, and we’ve got the children covered too with their own special menu. There is also an extensive breakfast menu with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
In addition to the normal menu there will be a selection of specials and a Sunday roast each week.
“I have been with Fleetwood Town for a number of months now, and after successfully enhancing the in-house hospitality offering, I shifted my focus to refreshing and updating The Crossbar menu,” said Kane.
“I’ve kept some of the old favourites but have introduced lots of delicious new options, including fajitas and open sandwiches, to freshen up the menu and offer something a little different.
“It’s been important to me to keep a traditional feel running through the dishes to keep the ‘food, football and family’ feeling and have introduced slow-cooked chilli and a beef and beer pie for the cold winter nights.
“The menu has something for everyone, whether you’re out for an evening meal, fuelling up at breakfast for a day watching the football, or just a coffee and a sandwich on the way through.”
