Fleetwood Town International Football Academy (FTIFA) turned their skill on to the futsal courts on Sunday afternoon as they teamed up with local futsal providers, Fylde Coast Futsal to face Lancaster University.
FTIFA coach, Mick Horsfall gave the players at FTIFA the opportunity to showcase their skills on the courts, with many experiencing this style of football for the very first time.
Lancaster University were the hosts, and the International Academy took on their futsal team in two matches. Both matches provided goals and entertainment, but it was an overall great test for the side in red and white.
FTIFA’s stand out players on the day were goalkeeper Tom, and outfield players Joel, Dylan and Nzigh.
