Fleetwood Town attacker Ashley Hunter has been shortlisted for the Rising Star of the Year award, in the upcoming North West Football Awards.
The 23-year-old has put in a string of impressive performances in the last 12 months, which also sees him top of the assist chart in League One with ten.
Hunter is one of six players shortlisted, alongside Connor Hall (Bolton Wanderers), Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool), Tahith Chong (Manchester United), Ben Davies (Preston North End) and Ryan Delaney (Rochdale).
The awards take place at Emirates Old Trafford, the home of Lancashire County Cricket Club, on Monday 12th November.
