Saturday morning saw Joey Barton and his side meet and greet all the Cod Army that travelled all the way to Hungary to watch Town face off against Zalaegerszegi TE that afternoon.
Goals from Paddy Madden and Kyle Dempsey secured the win for Town infront of 50 fans, after travelling to Europe on the club’s ever popular pre-season supporters’ trip. The result finished off a very successful tour for Fleetwood as we prepare for the upcoming Sky Bet League One season.
Town’s next pre-season game takes place on Saturday 21st July as we head to Prenton Park to take on Tranmere Rovers for a 3:00pm kick-off. Tickets are still available for the fixture, with adult tickets on sale for just £10.
