Fleetwood Town can confirm the arrangements for the funeral of Vice President Ted Lowery.
The funeral will take place on Tuesday 17th April, at Carleton Crematorium, with the service open to the public. Ted’s cortege will depart Highbury Stadium at 10:05am, with the whole first team squad and staff holding a guard of honour.
The service at Carleton will begin at 11am, with Nathan Pond, Bobby Grant, Cian Bolger, Ash Eastham, Chris Neal and Jon Parkin – one of Ted’s former favourite players – carrying Ted’s coffin for his final journey.
Following the service, a wake will be held at the Parkside Suite at Highbury Stadium, with the public free to attend from 12:30pm.
Confirmed timings:
10:05am - First Team Squad and Management to hold guard of honour outside Highbury Stadium.
10:15am - Funeral cortege to depart Highbury Stadium.
10:45am - Arrival at Carleton Crematorium, Stocks Lane, FY6 7QS
11:00am - Service to begin.
12:30pm - Wake at the Parkside Suite, Highbury Stadium.
