All you need to know ahead of Town's home game with The Gills

After two matches away from home, Uwe Rosler’s side return to Highbury for Saturday’s Sky Bet League One fixture against Gillingham.

Recent form

Fleetwood slipped to a narrow 2-1 defeat at the hands of Millwall last weekend, but did win their previous two matches against Peterborough and Chesterfield.

The Cod Army also secured a 1-1 draw against high flying Sheffield United before the international break at the start of the month.

In comparison, Gillingham have failed to win any of their last six league matches, picking up just three points in the process. Justin Edinburgh’s side are unbeaten in their last two games, picking up two 1-1 draws against Walsall and Charlton.

Key men to watch

Despite their position in the bottom half of the table, the Gills have not struggled to score goals this campaign. Led by summer signing Jay Emmanuel-Thomas who joined the club on a season-long loan from Queens Park Rangers, Gillingham have managed to score more goals than Fleetwood despite being five places below them in the league.

But the Gills will be reliant on attacking midfielder Bradley Dack on Saturday. The 22 year-old has been at Priestfield Stadium all his career and has made well over 100 appearances for the club in the last four years.
