An exciting opportunity has arisen in the accounts department for an administrator.

The successful applicant will be involved in the following:

·   Matching, coding, obtaining authorisation for invoices
·   Posting invoices to SAGE 200
·   Reconciling monthly supplier statements
·   Handling supplier queries
·   Monthly credit control processes
·   Preparing weekly payment runs
·   Petty cash operation
·   ATM management
·   Till floats process
·   Weekly banking management
·   Assisting in month end/year end processes
·   Other general office duties
·   Need to have good MS excel skills.

AAT study support will be offered also. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved at a successful and rapidly growing football club.

Job type: Full-time

Salary: £15,000 per year
