Town's development side face the Scottish side at Poolfoot Farm
Fleetwood Town’s development squad play host to Scottish side Queen of the South at Poolfoot Farm this afternoon, with the friendly kicking-off at 1pm.Managed by Nathan Rooney, the Cod Army’s youngsters will look to claim victory in a second game in succession, after previously coming from two goals down to defeat local neighbours Thornton Cleveleys 3-2 back in July.
Fleetwood opponents, who travel down from Dumfries for this afternoon’s fixture, concluded their 2015/16 season in seventh position in the Scottish Championship, so they will pose another test for Rooney’s side.
